Mcdonald's - Springfield

It's mcdonalds. unfortunately one of my breakfast sandwiches was wrong, but overall it was all of mcdonald's quality.

We waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes and never received our food. We ended up getting a refund.

With barely warm eating and extremely rude employees. will not be here again.

Waited 20 minutes for a mobile job. when someone finally came, he asked what I saw when he warned when he got away. went to where other customers complained about similar problems, no recording of my paid order, but ended my fries / coffee get about 15 minutes later. probably won't come back, just give two stars, because the first time here running gear thru subscriber gave me more change back, then what I first wanted to pay to argue about it so that I was eating free and made $10 lol!

Horrible customer service. This place has completely gone downhill from when it originally opened. The person who took my order at the cash register was rude, rude and rude. Plus, the last time I went there, they screwed up my order. Avoid this place. Most of the workers there are very low-class and unprofessional. When you walk in (if you do), you'll quickly see why.
