Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I used to love this restaurant, but my opinion changed today. When I went to refill my drink, I noticed about 6 bugs floating in my cup. I brought the cup to the cashier, who admitted they were aware of the issue and made me a new drink behind the counter. I ended up drinking the entire cup. If they knew about the problem, why not shut down the soda machine until it was fixed? Disappointing experience.

Jason, who works at the front counter taking orders, is the best when it comes to greeting customers, taking orders, and always doing so with a big smile. He is also very helpful and I appreciate how he interacts with customers. He is the best I have ever experienced. Thank you, Jason.

The food and service at this restaurant are always excellent, making it a pleasure to dine here. I am willing to go the extra mile just to eat here.

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews, but I had a great experience at this restaurant. My order was served quickly, and my friend and I both enjoyed the Freddy's Original Double meals. The food was delicious, with hot, cheesy goodness and crispy fries. We had no complaints at all!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The waiter was extremely friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered. It's rare to find such excellent customer service in the food industry nowadays. The food was delicious, and I would rate it 5 out of 5.
