This restaurant is terrible! The customer service is poor, and the wait times are outrageous. Their phone lines are often down, and when you do manage to get through, the staff is consistently rude. We've had an order stuck in "preparation" for almost two hours, and when we called to check, they told us it would take another hour or more. So that's over three hours just for pizza. Don 't bother ordering from here unless you don 't care what time you finally get your pizza. Waited an hour for a carry out order when the website said it would be ready in 16 minutes. Came back twice and got the same response it 's being made right now should be 10-15 minutes . This being said with plenty of attitude as though I was inconveniencing them by bringing them my business. Won 't be back.
I put in an online order at 10:22 the order didn’t get put in the oven until 11:45. And didn’t get delivered till 12:44 So don’t order from dominos unless you want to wait over 2 hrs! If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I order from here it’s like this. Do better. Oh and the stores phone is conveniently not working.
The service was horrible it took over twenty minutes to do the quality check
The tater tots were burnt that was disappointing...but the little bread nuggets were good!
Typically we get good service. Today they waited an hour for us to call to find that our order was just being begun. And, then, they were ignorant in their verbal response when trying to converse about the issue and customer service.
