Rudy's Country Store And B-q - Spring

When I go through Texas, I make sure I stop at a rudy’s location. this was our first time at this place, and it was not disappointed! the brisket was brilliant, the baked kartoffel was huge, and the sausage was great. we will definitely visit!

When we arrived, they welcomed us and led us through the whole process. the kerl behind the theke “ Tito” helped us rehearse and gave his recommendations and we got brisket lean, brisket moist and smoked truthahn along with side. the spice of food is simple and the meat is tender and soft. must try its banana pudding.

My first time at rudy eating and it has not disappointed that the bbq must be the best thing I had in houston the ribs,Sausage were my favorites of the kartoffel salad was good as well. be ready to eat and come with an appetit. customer service was amazing that she treated us like family and even gave us some rehearsals before we ordered when bbq is what they want, then rudy is what they need.

This is the second weekend in a row we've ate here. I wasn't impressed the first time. And I just wasn't impressed this time. I'm sure y'all love it. And that's great. But I'm from Texas. And this just isn't it. The corn is so bland. The baked potatoes are hard'ish. The baked beans are NOT BBQ baked beans- they're basic chewy beans. The BBQ sauce just... Doesn't taste right. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be mean. Just honest. We definitely won't be back.

I always make a stop at Rudy's when in Texas. 100% again and again. The turkey was moist and tender and the jalapeno sausage was on point.I wish they had brisket tacos I know they would be awesome ?
