Blue Water Seafood - Spring

A few weeks ago, my partner and I decided to have a spontaneous date night and explore a new restaurant. We ended up at this place because we already loved it! My partner suggested we try something different and recommended the shrimp and grits for me, knowing how much I love grits. He opted for the etouffee with crab and shrimp, served with dirty rice instead of the usual white rice. I usually stick to what I know when it comes to food, but our server John encouraged me to try something new by assuring me that it was one of his favorites. He even made sure to include jalapenos in my dish as I like spicy food. The meal was delicious, and I think the shrimp and grits may just become my new favorite dish. We have always had good experiences at this restaurant, but John truly made this visit exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He offered his recommendations when asked and made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

The food was great and the service was excellent! My son and I were seated promptly with menus in hand when we arrived. Throughout our meal, Daniel, the busboy surprisingly, consistently checked in to ensure our comfort. It's the outstanding service that truly makes this restaurant deserving of a 5-star rating.
