Waited 25 minutes picking up a DoorDash order when there was only three people in the restaurant. And there was a family that brought all their dogs into the store. Not only is that against state and federal law, it’s DISGUSTING!Edit: came in again. No one in the restaurant. Waited 15 minutes with no one making orders. I had to physically tell them they had to go orders to do… what a waste of damn time! Have more respect for your customers and delivery drivers!

Sweet pork barbacoa is where its at. Best chain burrito place in the Spokane area hands down.

The spicy foods aren't even spicy -they're oddly sweet. I had my two friends, who were visiting from out-of-state, try my food and they agreed it wasn't spicy at all. I got the habanero sauce-how can you find a way to mess that up? It's a pepper that is naturally spicy. What the heck??The other meats are seasoned like they are afraid of spices. It was laughable how bad the food was, and how much I paid for the food $20 for one bowl and a drink for ONLY myself). I tried to eat the food later and ended up adding actual seasonings, spices and sauce to it and it was better! The only decent-ish thing I somewhat enjoyed was the lemonade. It was still extremely sweet though, and for lemonade I would anticipate some tartness. I hope my review gives you an essence of the lack of flavor or zest this restaurant chain chooses to not have. It was not a memorable experience because of how delightful their food was or made me feel-I was actually genuinely upset I spent money eating here.TLDR: Don't go here, don't waste your money or time. The people are nice enough, but the food is terrible.

Was disappointed on them closing earlier than there normal closing hours. They have always served up until closing. They should just turn there light off at the drive through if there not going to serve you so you just don't sit there and wait. Just a suggestion for next time. I still think there food is Amazing.

I love this place now. I love that the employees always remember who I am and my order! Especially Alexa (Lexi) who makes you feel like your VIP every time she sees you. I will come back for their great food and service
