The Lemongrass Kitchen - Spartanburg

Such great food! There is something special about Vietnamese food—it just tastes so fresh and healthy. I’m half Vietnamese and really missed the food since moving here from Chicago for college. When I’m home, I always go to Vietnamese town with my dad, and when I heard a Vietnamese place would be opening up, I was so excited. I come here frequently now when I’m missing home, and I always recommend it to friends. The beef pho, spring rolls, egg rolls, pork vermicelli, and bahn mi are my faves. Tony, the owner, is always so friendly and accommodating. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. They have come such a long way since opening day (their service time and decor have vastly improved since then), and I hope that they continue to do well. It’s so important that we support our small businesses, and if you are looking for authentic Asian food that doesn’t make you feel gross after, I highly recommend Lemongrass. I look forward to visiting whenever I am back in SC after graduation.

The Lemongrass Kitchen has a cozy comfortable, authentic atmosphere. The service here is great. The food is awesome. You are served enough food for two! It was our first time; so the waiter suggested pho. It was delicious! This place is a must try! Thanks for coming to Spartanburg guys!

The food is delicious and fresh, AND you get a large portion. They’re friendly people and very accommodating, helpful, and will sub any meat dish for fried tofu (GOOD fried tofu). Great atmosphere tucked away from the downtown chaos. Try the spring rolls for an appetizer. I’ll be back for sure.

Hands down best authentic vietnamese food I've ever had. The pho was amazing packed full of flavor. Will definitely be back!
