With its elegantly decorated interior and attentive staff, guests can enjoy a varied wine selection alongside an appealing menu, although diners should be mindful of the limited gluten-free options. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by a noise-free dining area at the back, perfect for intimate gatherings. While the food pricing may feel steep, the overall experience is memorable, making it a worthwhile visit for those seeking great service and quality refreshments in a hidden gem of the city.
We ordered falafel and padron peppers for starters. Both served piping hot and very tasty. Mains burger and sausage mash. Husband not keen on burger buns and chef was very happy to swap it in with sourdough bread slices. Service was good and surprised how quiet it was for a Friday night. The Davy's light ale served in pewter mug was fantastic and kept the beer cold.
I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed! This time I brought a group of friends and they were equally impressed. Thanks!
Fantastic pub with good food and great service. Beer very well kept and food very simple but excellent value. Waiting staff attentive and good fun. Will be back. Thanks
A great find at London Bridge, well worth a visit for drinks, food could be a little better
The dining area at the back of the restaurant is excellent, away from the bar area. Our group of 6 was seated in a private area. The food was top-notch and the service was excellent. We will definitely be returning.
