Left Bank - Southbank

Not sure on what to have for lunch, pass by this restaurant and why not?! We ordered the crispy King Salmon charred chicken salad. The food is good, just that the chicken is a bit too dry for us, other than that everything is good. Service is good too

We stopped into Left Bank for a few drinks on a lazy Sunday afternoon, and decided to also grab some snacks. This bar is perfectly located at Southbank, along side the river, and has fantastic views of the city and pasding foot traffic. The bar is quite large, with lovely, modern furniture and a cool vibe.<br/ <br/ It was quite busy as it was a sunny afternoon, but there was enough staff to make sure we received everything promptly. The bartenders were friendly and made us feel welcome.<br/ <br/ We had a few snacks. Some arancini that were crunchy and tasty, a bowl of crispy chips and some sliders. The mini burgers were good, but could have used some more sauce, although they were very cheesy.<br/ <br/ Left Bank is certainly a pleasant bar, and I could think of worse ways to spend an afternoon. With it's fun ambience and friendly staff, we will be back again.

Went with two mates for the Melbourne Cup lunch. Food was delicious, staff were friendly and attentive, and it was just an all round great experience. Looking forward for upcoming mid week catchups with friends, as we loved it that much. Will be back for next years Cup day too.

Came to this place for Friday afternoon drink with some work colleagues. They are running special promotions with 50% all foods and beverages. Nice selections of wine and it's good quality too. We ordered some nibbles and few bottles of pinot noir to share. Nice ambience and good services.
