I have been getting pizza here for years and I’ve NEVER had a problem. I order online on the Papa Johns website and get delivery. The guys delivering are always polite and friendly. Papa johns are the BEST pizzas around in my opinion. Unprofessional tonight. Order said ready to collect, it was not. A member of staff shouting at a member of staff in full view of customers. Wasn't great to see nor was it a professional way to deal with staff. View all feedback.

The whole house had diarrhoea after eating pizza. So sorry for my 1-year-old child who cried the whole night definitely due to a stomach ache. Their food handling, safe storage, freshness of toppings and hygiene is very questionable.

The vegan pizza was not. Looks malicious and there was clearly a handful on normal cheese on the pizza. Made my wife very sick. When complained nothing was done manager didn't care and made excuses.
Please guys don’t waste your time on buying pizza from this place because when you tell them to put a thing on the pizza they don’t and when you don’t tell them to put a thing on a pizza they do-disgusting customer service.
