We were made to wait for 23 minutes after ordering our food, and when we finally received it, we discovered several mistakes. Despite attempting to call attention to the errors, we were unable to reach anyone for assistance or receive a callback. Our order was incomplete and items were mixed up. Collect the wrong order total for someone else was 25 and my order came to $11.52 asked me to pay for it and they will refund me, with 12 in cash paid and the rest on the card, then they did not refund me and recharge my card for $11.52 and did not get the money back. now they will not answer their filial phone
No one ever get's napkins any more Think about McDonald's gives me a headache.
I received an incomplete order and the wrong sandwich. I did not have the time to get the meal corrected and could not do it even if I wanted to, since the dining area was closed and the drive through was full.

Lazy. As. Figure it out. Embarrassing. December 6th 2021 refused to serve food and caffeinated deliciousness off the late night menu. Only fountain pop ?!? It’s 11:15pm. Don’t be disappointed just go to one of the many amazing McDonald’s locations located right across the river in Sioux City
