Shades Brewing - South Salt Lake

I absolutely adore this place. While the entrance in a back alley may be inconvenient, once inside the taproom, it's fantastic. The beers they offer are unique and may not be for everyone, but they have a wide enough selection that everyone is bound to find something they enjoy.

I give Shades Restaurant a 5-star rating for its unique authenticity and high-quality products. The taproom offers exclusive options that make it a standout destination for me. Lynn was fantastic and patiently answered all of my inquiries. In my opinion, Shades excels in crafting sour ales, making them the best in the business.

We had a fantastic time at Shades and Mucky was amazing. She was welcoming, attentive, and enhanced our experience. The beer at Shades exceeded our expectations, especially as big fans of sours. We were delighted by the variety of creative options and ended up taking some to enjoy later. We will definitely be spreading the word about this brewery to our fellow sour beer enthusiasts.

The brewery offers a variety of delicious beers. It's a unique experience to enjoy their brews right in the heart of the brewery itself, complete with bar seating and both indoor and outdoor options. They provide a water station and even have water bowls available for patrons with dogs. The only downside is that it can get quite warm inside. Visitors can also opt for a flight of four different beers for a tasty sampling experience.

This brew bar is fantastic and has a friendly atmosphere. I think the person mentioned in the previous review must be mistaken. The owner is very much present and the comedy shows are absolutely hilarious. I make sure to tune in every week.
