What Adam Perkins doesn't like about Carl’s Jr.:
I have been to this location twice. BOTH times they refused to give me my food.Today I ordered their sourdough famous star, but upon arriving was told they were out of sourdough, and to pull forward. At the window he told me that my order was not placed and he wouldn’t give me my food. Despite being busy, they got my food out fast and accurate

I proceeded to show him the order confirmation (not the CC charge, rhe Carls Jr. Order confirmation. he refused to look at it and asked me to leave. Through this, it was very clear he had POORtraining on their app, as I witnessed with the same guy 2x. Employee does not understand the app and will not provide the food that you paid for and are showing confirmation of. This Carls is terrible.
Went through the drive thru didn't talk to a live person so the order got pretty messed up. Hate that they have an AI taking the order. Didn't realize things were not correct till got home. Very unhappy with the service.
Lose the bot voice that attempts to ask me what I want to order. Nobody is listening and I have to order it all again once a human interacts. Pointless
