While many patrons rave about the delightful coffee, impressive cake selection, and friendly atmosphere, recent experiences reveal a mixed bag. Consistency in service has been a concern, with some reporting long waits and mishaps in order-taking. Despite these frustrations, the food generally garners praise, although pricing has raised eyebrows among some diners. Overall, the café's beautiful setting and dedicated staff present a winning combination, making it a worthy stop for those enjoying a leisurely meal by the river.
A place where I "m past many times and will say again and again that I have to go well to what I did and I was not disappointed. nice eating (a bit expensive, but expected) many sitting inside and outside, supplied when they were a bit cool that I thought was a beautiful idea. the only part that was waiting for eating (we went on a nice warm sunny afternoon and it was soouu busy (again, to expect) but they told us when we ordered that it was a fairly long waiting period. parking can be a bit of a problem when it is busy, I landed parking on the grass along the main road where other cars were parked. more beautiful place to go though, definitely recommend
That's absolutely great. the tasty eating, the friendly staff, the flowering atmosphere. I had never had a bad meal and I was for numerous breakfasts, lunch and dinner! her selection of cake is also impressive. it is very child-friendly, with baby snacks available, high chairs and fantastic changing facilities. they even sell food! would recommend it to everyone and will return soon.
Then went into the view and the terrace then went into the caffe wonderful personal. not like chain business chiefs. cappuccino brilliant creamy coffee mild then the bitter intense of chocolate £37 it would be good absolutely brilliant and my wife's ass cake never saw a factory and I had a sandwich to die for £5 worth of smoked salmon and garnel and I sent nice to the wonderful coworkers discreet. no body say, they are enjoying their meal..what a stupid thing to say, I am an ultra brilliant thing here.
We went on a Sunday midday in the boiling heat and although it was filled, there was plenty of sitting space and although a long waiting queue to order food / drink, it really went fast with the efficiency of the staff. will definitely go back there and maybe try tee time next.
The setting is beautiful and as it was a gorgeous sunny day we were able to sit outside and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cake selection was huge. It made a great surprise birthday treat for my dad.
