Pizza Rolla And Kebab

We ordered two meals for £23.40. One meal included cheesy chips, kebab, and salad all mixed together and covered with chilli sauce, which looked like a mess. The sauce being served separately might have been better. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible. The chicken and kebab meat in the other meal were so greasy and unpleasant that I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. The little we did manage to eat made us physically ill in the middle of the night. I would advise avoiding this restaurant.

We decided to give Pizza Rolla a try after it was recommended by a neighbor. I placed an online order for pick-up at 5:20, but when I got home, I realized that part of the order was incorrect. I called the restaurant and they apologized, saying they would re-make the incorrect part and deliver it to me. However, after waiting for an hour and a half, the replacement never arrived. I went back to the restaurant, only to be told that my order was already out for delivery. When I finally received the replacement, it was evident that it had been sitting for a while as everything was cold, soggy, and inedible. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I do not plan on returning to Pizza Rolla.

We used to dine at this restaurant frequently, but not anymore. The pizza we received was incorrect and cold, missing pineapple and instead had fresh tomatoes that we did not request. The kebabs and burger were lukewarm and lacked salads or garnish. It took over an hour for the cold and incorrect order to be delivered to us. When I contacted them, they apologized and blamed problems with their online ordering system for the mix-up. They did not include salad in the kebabs because we did not specifically ask for it, leaving us with dry kebab meat in cold bread. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I would have to go through the website owners as the restaurant does not receive payment. Overall, the quality of the food and service has significantly declined.

Thought I’d write a little cheeky review about Pizza Rolla as I’ve probably been about 30 times in the last year. The food is always quality, no matter what you order from their menu, chicken burger and chips is my go to meal and is always amazing. Staff are really friendly and helpful with orders. It’s a gem in Brackley that can’t be missed.

The best Kebab I have ever had tasty well-filled pitta plenty of salad great chilli sauce a great all round donner kebab I'm going back again this week.
