We really enjoyed our meal here. I've gone to many different Subway locations over the past 6 months. Each one has its own sweet atmosphere with great people representing the company well. I especially like visiting this one because of the same reason and because it's really close. And the staff at this location are super sweet. Their customer service is spot on. View all feedback.

Online it says it closes at 10:30pm on mondays. Today, 01/09/2017, at 9pm, I tried to open the door but it was locked! So I knocked and the lady tells me is close. The cookies are always extremely hard so I stopped getting them. I will file a complaint first thing tomorrow and every single time I go there, the staff is extremely rude!
Rushing to make my sandwich was messy but I didn't mind since it was going down the same way. But then they wouldn't take my subway card to add on points...i was there a few days ago and they are saying now they don't. But what really pushed it was that after I took my receipt and food. I walked 20 ft away from the shop realizing that I didn't get my change back. Cashier with no confidence to and trying to make it sound like she did but I checked my pockets with no change back. Be careful if you spend anything from there with very little experience workers.
Horrible customer service. I went in to get a sandwich and take my 2 yr old to the bathroom. They have a sign up that says bathroom for paying customers only ,which I agree with. I went to the bathroom 1st since my 2yr old had to go really bad.. I soon found out it was locked so I went back to the front to ask for a key but before i could ask a lady said you need a key. You didn 't ask so I didn 't tell you . Once I got back from the bathroom I addressed the lady letting her know that her response was rude and maybe to avoid confusion she should put a sign that says. Bathroom Door locked must use key. She responded no, you didn 't ask. So I didn 't tell. Every customer ask. I had never been to this subway before today. I will purchased my daughter food but I will not be back.
Picked up an online order for my wife last night, gave her name and the young lady said here is her order. You are to go and have a nice evening. Went in tonight to pick up another online order and this female employee tried to accuse me of stealing. Process for picking up online orders is inconsistent among employees. Furthermore, some may need retraining on Customer Service 101.
