What Scott McMillan doesn't like about Equi's Ice Cream Parlour:
This place used to be good but tonight’s food was a disgrace. Fish supper, steak pie supper and 6 fritters and all went in the bin. The fritters were definitely not made the same day. The steak pie was dreadful and the chips were just really poor. Maybe it’s cost cutting but I’ll not be back. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
Cried one to bring two dinners to midday, his one business would think that they would have a whole series of chips at once rather single orders. that's a sweat when. in a hurry somewhere. as far as the personal is concerned, a cure on the customer service would not make any disregard. i
Why are we going back? went and used the take away and surprisingly chips were ready. but there was enough time for us to watch, only to eat cure go into the nases, do not wear face masks, and lock past customers. equis gets it off.
Worst chip shop in cambuslang. chips tasted like cooked from stagnant water, tried to dress the taste with a lot of salt and vinegar
I can't judge eating because I didn't even get that far. I have tried to order over just eat, but it was not on the app. the website was flown through, this restaurant does not order at this time, so I called. the rude rude rude rudely rude woman has accused me to go through just eat, and when I told her why I called her, she told me that they were on the app (based on me as a liar) and they did not make phone calls, then they hang on me. I had taken both of them away during the meal and they were always delicious, but I will never use an equi again.
Twice in the last month we have used the take away and been completely unsatisfied, the first occasion we found hair on the chips, the old grumpy one behind the counter who normally deals with restaurant bookings was cheeky and when we asked to speak...to the manager her reply was, i dont know who the manager is or whose in charge, eventually the order was replaced without as much as an explanation or an apology. Second time was this evening, we order 4 or 5 different suppers then asked for a gluten free fish supper, again the staff looked around and decided, dispite 3 customers in the shop that they couldnt b bothered doing a gluten free supper. If its too much hassle they should advertise that. We left and went to The Codfather, they have said a few customers have stopped going to equis because if customer service. Really dissatisfied with recent service, especially when the old grumpy one is on
