My sister I love Brick Oven in Provo since we grew up in utah county. So we went here we arrived about 4:15 pm we waited up front for about 10 mins before anyone seated us. There was only a couple customers was even in there. Come to find out our waitress was the only waitress AND had to take care of up front AND the pasta bar AND the salad bar. Love the choice of sauces if only they had more to refill. Pizza is great. Staffing problems the day we went. Out of spaghetti, angle hair pastas and Alfredo sauce to name a few. Our server, Clark, was awesome despite being completely under staffed. The hostess also man's the pasta bar. Must be short of bus boys too. The table we were by never got cleaned. Amazing pizza, an incredible salad bar, and delicious pasta! It was just a short walk from our hotel since the other nearby restaurants had poor reviews. We were truly impressed by how great the food was. The pizzas were huge, and the salad bar was one of the best I've encountered. Our server was fantastic—knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to my family members who live in the area, and I can't wait to come back when I visit again!
During my visit, I sampled various pizzas, including chicken alfredo, BBQ pineapple, combo, and meat lover slices. Each slice featured a thin, crispy crust, packed with flavor and moisture. And the cheese—wow, it was amazing! For dessert, I enjoyed a slice of peach, apple, or berry pie and a delicious chocolate chip cookie. Overall, this location impressed me even more than the original in Provo. The staff was better trained (shoutout to Catlyn and Cassie!), there are more arcade rooms, and the atmosphere is modern and welcoming. I can't wait to come back for more salad, pizza, and dessert!
What a wonderful little place to eat! They offer a variety of options, including delicious soups and salads. The salad bar had plenty of choices, as did the soups. Our waitress, Annaka, was fantastic; she was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!
One of our favorite places to go! great eating with great praises! I never have to wait long to enjoy our meal. the best part is dessert, the double-baked cookie monster makes it every time! jayda was an excellent waitress!

She was VERY NICE she worked hard did a good job taking care of everything everybody but I can't believe they have her all alone every afternoon from what she said. The food was very good but why don't they have more help? It is not an inexpensive place to eat.
