This is definitely one of my favorite locations! The employees, including management, are always super friendly, helpful and fast but efficient! They pay attention to my order and as far as I can remember, have never gotten it wrong. Today, Addie and Jordyn (sp? were my baristas. They made my drinks perfect and even wrote cute notes on them. The girls at this location have horrible attitudes and frequently forget to add espresso shots and cow's milk substitutes, but they make sure to charge for it every time. If you order a muffin they will give it to you still frozen. Beans and Brews as a company is great. But please avoid this location at the District. View all feedback.
I'm sad to say this location has really gone down hill. My husband and I frequent Beans Brews and have been going to this location for about 2 years now. This used to be our favorite Beans, but the service is not the way it used to be. Too many employees with attitudes or just bad customer service skills all together. Today, after placing our order in the drive thru, the employee forgot to turn off her mic and we heard her complaining after taking our order. This employee was very unfriendly so we did not leave a tip. That seemed to just upset her. She seemed very annoyed and didn't say another word to us, even after we thanked her for preparing our drinks and food. When my husband went to take a bite of his sandwich, the center was still frozen- that's something that seems to happen more and more often at this location.

Yesterday around 6:45, a man came into the store to order but the baristas were no where to be found. He waited at the counter after the door alarm went off for a few minutes and then asked me if the employees were there. He walked around the front and called out to the employees to no avail. After a few more minutes, I told him he?d probably have more luck going through the drive thru. As soon as he left the building and came through the drive thru, the two baristas came up to the front. I get not hearing the door alarm when in the back working, but there should be some kind of bell or camera at the front because this man (and I) had no way of getting the baristas? attention. I feel bad for this guy.
Used to be a super fan of this coffee. The dine in areas are always great for me, decorations, lights, quiet, some of the restaurants have table games which my son loves! BUT... lately coffee has a taste to dirty water so to speak. Maybe just water but is not this lovely coffee taste.. I hope there is something they can do to improve it
10/10 best place yet! Brayden , maddy , and many others are the absolute best! I love them all. Great atmosphere. Always having a good laugh with these people .
