Had a Mexican plate lunch there that was horrible the lady said I had to pay for it anyway I had only taken two bites. I just wanted to order a different plate, I've never been to a restaurant that made you pay for something you didn't like especially when you were going to order something else. The burritos are so delicious here always ask for extra cream ?
This is honestly my all time favorite taqueria, and growing up in Pasadena I frequented a LOT of them. I moved out of Pasadena 4 years ago, but I still make the drive back a couple times a month just to eat here. The fajita tacos are always great, they're fairly priced, the red sauce is so good(especially when served warm), the queso is !FREE! (past I believe 5 PM) and the wait staff are always prompt and I don't think any of them have ever messed up an order. I've been to many restaurants where your bowl of chips or drink will sit empty for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for someone to refill them, but that never happens here. The only downside to being a taqueria that everyone knows is amazing is that sometimes, during dinner time, saturday lunch times or just after church times on Sundays, you'll drive up and there's not a parking spot in sight. Just hang out until someone leaves or park across the street, it's worth it.
