Panera Bread - South Holland

This location has the unfriendly staff I've ever encountered at a Panera. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and rather than offering to replace it or provide a refund, the manager, Amanda, begrudgingly offered me a free pastry, saying, "That's all we can do." The sandwich was not only made incorrectly but also poorly assembled and very lacking in substance. I paid $20 for a badly made sandwich that I didn’t even order correctly. I definitely won't be ordering breakfast from this location again. Food rating: 1.

My partner and I had a wonderful dining experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they even suggested some delicious baked goods to complement our meal. The kitchen-sink cookie was particularly delightful. The overall atmosphere was very inviting. I’m definitely looking forward to returning for another visit.

I absolutely love this place! Everything is so fresh, and the staff is quick and friendly. I really wish they would partner with Uber Eats because I would definitely order from them more often!

The service was awful. The staff seemed uninterested and were unwilling to accommodate my child. I can't recommend this Panera location—try one of the newer ones instead! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The wait times are too long. During my first visit, I waited at least 25-30 minutes in the drive-thru, and today it was about 10 minutes. However, the food is excellent, I would rate it a 5.
