Mcdonald's - South Holland

I had one of the most rewarding experiences at the location in 162nd Street in South Holland IL. I was there to redeem my replacement breakfast from a previous mistreatment of my order. When I informed the employees in the Drive thru, there was a slight problem when they gave the manager my name. She asked me a few questions and asked me to drive forward and greet me in the window and told me that they will take care of it. I drove to the next window and the order was wrong BUT I smiled and could she feel comfortable and without the manager repeated my order to the employees and she asked me to raise while they correct it. The manager brought me the order with confidence and apologised for the inconvenience and I was impressed by their success and did not push him on their staff. Leading in the example is a great work ethics and is a great advantage for McDonald's.

I knew my food would be great when I arrived in my bag and my fries were HOTTTT! I was so happy about it!!! Please proceed!

I go through the drive-through and have not experienced the atmosphere, but the outside is clean well kept I really don't order much from McDonald's but the fish sandwich which is always fresh and the hot cake and sausage breakfast Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
