Dunkin' - South Glens Falls

Ordered 2 coffees with karamell whirls and I'm pretty sure they just put the pumps in them, if at all. tastes like burned mum. coffee is obviously either burned or old as usual, and it was only 6:30 o'clock. no stickers on the tassen to display what was ordered and no acknowledgement typical. that's why I'm going to dieucks. Last time I came here, the Chai tea tasted as if he had run out and that was soaky, with incredibly bitter sirup in the bottom of the cup, and when I went back and told them what happened, they didn't believe me and thought I was dramatic and they made another who also tasted like tellerseife. I'm gonna hold on to real coffee shops right now.

A good place to get coffee! donuts! and some different types of breakfast sandwiches also! a nice selection of items are available!

I always loved Dunkin Donuts, but no longer!!! Not impressed! NOT ANY STAFF wearing masks OR gloves while working. None of the other customers had masks ? on either. Very disappointed!

Staff was slow to serve and barely acknowledged my presence.

I absolutely love everything about Dunkin. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch with a perfect rating of 5.
