What User doesn't like about The Flame Broiler:
I usually don't mind paying extra for sauces and toppings at restaurants, but I was disappointed when I ordered a mini dish and only received two sauces when I asked for four. I don't even like onions, but I would have settled for just one sauce! I was in a rush during my lunch break, so I ended up leaving after waiting for 30 minutes. View all feedback.
The restaurant offers high-quality food and fast service. I visit the restaurant two to four times a week and enjoy the unique taste of the meals. The prices are very reasonable.

The restaurant was stingy with the sauces and provided poor customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused to give me their contact information. It's frustrating that they used to provide sauce for free before the pandemic, but now they charge extra. I will be going to Waba Grill from now on.
The food was good. Limit to spices they charge me, I noticed that 2 ladies ask for sauces after they there so called limit and not loaded Oh well they came good for them. My problem is the business in California where we are? re all ready over burdened by taxes they nickel and dime us for a sauce. A little bit small, I mean comments that?s what gas prices you will do. Good food.
It's 12:00. July on a Wednesday. The lady refused to give me my pickup job after she called him, because then I wasn't in the line to keep my order while she took 3 different phone calls. No one was in line and I wasn't in the way someone ordered. She had only one energy trip. When I asked if she refused to give me my order, she gave me my order unwillingly while she rolled her eyes. I asked her about her name and she said it was at the entrance. I told her it wasn't there and she refused to give me her name because she knew how rude she was. I'm going to manage it. Customers should not be treated like this Only found out their name was Antonia.
