Smoke 'em Up Bbq - South Fork

In all my other reviews, I gave a five star (2 years now) but today I was so disappointed. My whole rack of ribs were so over done, it was like glazed jerky on a rib. I also ordered a 1/2 chicken that I had to continue to cook in my oven. It was oozing blood at the bones, not completely cooked. I spent almost $50 including a $5.00 tip. Never ever had I been so disappointed. Of course I will purchase again but will check the quality before driving off.

We stumbled across this BBQ food truck while looking for a wedding caterer and we cannot say enough amazing things about there food, service and price!!! They did an EXCELLENT job catering our wedding. We had so many people come up to us telling us that it was the BEST BBQ they ever had!! We will be reccomending these guys to everyone! Thank you so much for the wonderful catrering at our wedding!

Had food dropped off for a birthday party of about 100 people. Everything was very very good! Their service was also fantastic. Great communication leading up to the event and the delicious food was on time with drop off. The pulled pork and mac n cheese were everyone's favorite!

Amazing, AMAZING food! I had the pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, potato salad and candied bacon. Ten out of ten for everything! And very well priced!

We had smoke ‘em up cater our wedding and we couldn’t have chose better! Everything was delicious and all our guests raved about the food! They packed up all the leftovers for us and nothing went to waste! Would highly recommend, and we will be using them again in the future for events!
