Walked in to an empty store with two staff members one cleaning and the other standing texting on his phone. He looked up as I walked and went right back to texting the girl cleaning looked at me and continue clean. I walk up to the counter and the man continues to be heavy in his text message I said hello he ignored me continued his text. They messed up my food and said they would refund it, and they never did.
Once again, I ordered two 16s all they had to do was add lettuce, tomato and mayo to one another one the same with no cheese and once again they left off the grilled onions and peppers called for over an hour repeatedly to get a manager nothing no pick up and when someone finally picked up, they said it was Pizza Hut not Jersey Mike’s I will be going up there tomorrow afternoon to speak to a manager because this is ridiculous and bad customer service and if I don’t get any results, I will be calling corporate Jersey Mike’s is too expensive to have my food wrong twice
Waited in line for approximately 10 minutes behind 2 other customers waiting to have orders taken. 4 employees working behind counter and not a single employee acknowledged us to even inform us they would be with us shortly. Walked out. Won't ever go back to this location with that kind of customer service.
After waiting an exorbitant amount of time with only one customer ahead of me, I watched the sandwich maker take cash payment and not change both her gloves before making my sandwich. I asked her to change it and she said she only uses one hand and then proceeded to make my sandwich and touching all the toppings with the dirty glove. I pointed that out and she ignored me. Another employee came in while I was waiting, announced they were closing 5:30 (it was 3pm), then sat in the customer seating area and ate his Five Guys meal. Disgusting service.
DO NOT EAT HERE. Recently did a pickup here and jersey mike head contact reimbursed my food for a gift card.The order was a wrap and long story short, the sandwich was a sloppy mess and they added jalapeños when there's nothing spicy in a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It was warm and melt and terrible. I can't eat jalapeños so this was entirely unedible for me.Long before now, my dad watched these people for a sandwich one time and the lady didn't know how to make the sandwich and messing up the size of his sandwich. These people are dense and don't know how to do their job. Everyone here to go to corporate as this location needs better management immediately and better workers.Jersey Mike's is too expensive as it is to get poor food. And if I didn't DM the company on Twitter I may not have gotten a gift card for this terrible and lousy service. NEVER EVER coming back here again. The JM on the west side in Parma or the one on Euclid in Willoughby are 10/10 much better.
