Such good service! We arrived around 1:00 to pick up our order for 1:40, and expected to wait the whole time. The staff took us in, let us sit down and served us drinks. Above all our order was ready early, at about 1:25! We came in a snow storm but they really warmed our hearts, will definitely be back. View all feedback.
What Anthony doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
The service was satisfactory, but there were significant issues in the kitchen. Meals arrived at staggered intervals, causing some of us to finish eating while others were still waiting for their food. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2. View all feedback.
This place ensures that you are worth your money!(even if they have made my order a great time). Manager was very professional and efficient.
Im sorry but whats going on with the size of the wings. It’s a wings restaurant for a reason. This is the third time I’ve order and I get frozen store size.
I go here often. The last 2 times we had Latory. Service was horrible. She never checked up on us. Only came to our table to take our order and to give us the bill. She is not friendly, she should NOT be working as a bartender. She seems miserable there. I've never seen her smile once. The bar wasn't even busy and she couldn't check on us to see if we need refills or how we're doing. Get y'all a new friendly outgoing bartender please
Went recently ate here on a Sunday night to watch a playoff football game. We Waited half an hour before anyone even came over to ask us what we wanted to eat and We had to walk over to the bar to order a drink. They’re Clearly understaffed. I’m an understanding person but the staff didn’t even seem to care nor apology or explain what was going on. Needless to say, we will be going to the Algonquin location from now on.
Wow, I know things have change in terms of ownership but such an unbelievable experience at your location on Randall road in South Elgin, IL. You should be removed as a business. The service was extremely slow, more than 25 minutes for a greeting. I maintained my patience because I know it’s tough right now, despite continuous delays and on top of that, it’s Sunday night football and the whole restaurant was forced to watch a reality show on Fox. People clapped when they finally turned to the game like they had been rescued from a roller coaster almost 8 minutes into the 1st quarter. You had customers trying to consult one another to figure out what was going on between the neglectful service and just total disregard. The customers next to me walked away after they ordered beverages. Why don’t you just close, after begging my waitress for my tab and asking them to reheat a dip after only eating 30% of my appetizer, I went to Riverside for much better food and service. Why don’t you just close and let a business in that’s passionate about the community, it’s pretty obvious that you have lost all appreciation and respect for customers and that community.
