First time at Hullaballoo. Never experienced a Samosa exciting my taste buds like it did... one of the tastiest Samosa's I've ever had ... in my entire life!! Staff are warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Generous portions, what can I say, left with a smile on my face. Updated from previous review on 2020-09-10
I ordered Veg Korma with Tofu, Onion Bhaji and Naan. The portion sizes were very generous (I have enough for leftovers! and it was absolutely delicious! Really nice vegetables cooked perfectly in a really delicious creamy korma sauce. So happy to find an Indian takeaway with vegan korma, naan and onion bhaji!! It's such a shame I'm only visiting the area but I will definitely be ordering and trying other dishes when I'm here again.
The best vegetarian and vegan takeaway- the curries are amazing, love the peshwari naan its incredible, highly recommend this place, it’s really small inside but you can takeaway so there’s no issue
Ordered vegetable korma (special dish), Bombay aloo garlic naan and mushroom rice. All tasted amazing and great. The price was very reasonable too. Wouldn't be surprised if this became a go to place for me.
I was in London for the ATP tennis tournament at the O2. I wanted t avoid the food at the O2, and I was fortunate to find this spot via The Happy Cow. I wouldn't have found it otherwise. Hullabaloo is located just off the Deptford High Street. It's a short walk from the Deptford Park DLR station. You can eat and make the roundtrip to and from the O2 in a couple of hours. The trip is well worth the effort. There is a range of healthy options prepared on site and as though the chef were going to eat the meal himself. The staff are courteous and helpful. I certainly appreciated suggestions on this, my first trip there. It won't be my last. Lastly, consider leaving some time to check out the many stalls and grocery stores on the High Street. Lots of fruits and vegetables for healthy snacks. UPDATE I ate at Hullabaloo last Tuesday and Wednesday nights (13 and 14 Nov 18). Nothing has changed. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent. Updated from previous review on 2017-11-15
