Try 1/3: Significant improvement over competitors (Wendy 's I'm looking at you). Fantastic customer service, very clean building, fast and fresh, great tasting and the same prices as the 'other guy'... Will definitely go back to the process more. Last time I had Hardee's, Bristol was back for three years and... I didn't like it. Just compete with King Gyros and Culver 's for lunch break! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
The food here is super fresh. They grow their own chickens. And they raise their own wheat for the fresh biscuits. This is the only reason I can imagine why it is so slow here. Plan on waiting for your food a while as the employee stares at you wondering what you are waiting on. Once you get your food, you will be satisfied. View all feedback.

Shout out to Courtney, she is a great employee for this company. She made sure our order was exactly how we asked for it. Courtney also made my fur baby very happy! Thank you for the great service and the great biscuits and gravy!!!! Because of her smile and service my Birthday started off perfect!
Hardee's has the best biscuits n gravy. We go there just for that. By the way their ice tea is good
We waited 20 minutes in line before reaching the window. After reaching the window it was another 10 before anyone acknowledged us. The clerk finally came to us and he asked what we ordered and my partner asked if it wasn't ready yet and the clerk laughed and walked away. He came back again and we paid. He then called for our food to be ordered and him and another employee actually started yelling at each other in front of us and other customers! I was shocked. Finally, he came back and asked if we had ordered a strawberry shake and we said yeah and he said there was no more ice cream but he had a chocolate or vanilla already made up we could have and that was it. We asked for a refund. The guy did not know how to give a refund. So we waited for that. He came back, slapped a receipt and card in my boyfriend's hand and walked away slamming the window shut. No apology for the inconvenience. No acknowledgement as my bf tried to gain his attention to make sure that we were all set. We were so done that my bf said whatever they could keep his money if they didn't have it fixed yet. Literally my worst fast food experience in my 40 years of living.
Stay far away. Waited at the drive thru for 15-20 minutes without anyone even trying to talk to us. Dude finally comes out, takes my money. No explanation on the wait. Yells at someone in the back to start making it. What they were doing while I was waiting I line only God knows. Comes back again 5 minutes later to reconfirm what I ordered after I already paid for it. Yells even louder at whoever is in the kitchen. Comes back again to tell me they are out of the strawberry shakes (something that could have been communicated 30 minutes ago . At this point I ask for a refund. Says he didn't know how to do that. Gets manager, he puts my money back on my card (I hope! . Gives me my card back, slams drive thru window without a word. I start to ask if I'm good, but decide to just cut my losses.Comically bad service. Literally the craziest drive thru experience I've had. Crazier than that time a crack head tried to stab me for stealing his imaginary drugs at a Subway.
