had spent the whole day on the Girvan golf course, with a few mates for our lunch then went in the evening to dinner very recommended large service and excellent eating worthy of five stars. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Vaults:
broken squid over boiled and it was so good that I had to cut off the outer edges to get to the fish, I think it could come out of a box. the meal was served on a leaf paper on a wooden board. if I wished fish and chips from a paper, I would have recommended the chippy the vault if they were considered to be the best, I can only say that there is not much in the type of competition. Great restaurant. everything our party was ordered by four was delicious and beautiful. we recommend the cream of the veg soup, the squid, and the sticky turbid. the workers were all lovely, and tina even spoke to us and recommended to keep a few places for our trip. we hope to eat there again during our week stay near. it is small and we have luck when we come in a night that was not busy, so a reservation would serve them well if it is a busy night. (I love the decor too!
My family arranged a surprise 50. for me today, but unfortunately one of my daughters could not do it after they had spent weeks organizing it

Great local pub. We visited for folk festival and were made to feel right at home. Fabulous atmosphere.
