What marianmD2400PL doesn't like about Dobbies Garden Centre Ayr:
We waited 15 minutes in line for a coffee at the restaurant. The only scones available were cherry, so we decided to share one since it was quite large. Unfortunately, the scone had an undercooked and raw interior, with only 2 or 3 glace cherries inside. View all feedback.
An excellent garden centre and also a brilliant restaurant and excellent customer services
Great place to stop for garden goods lots on offer or just a coffee and cake it's just off the main road as well so the stop was much appreciated.
Good garden centre lots of choice,lovely cafe that is dog friendly,so you can take your dog into the cafe .
Visited dobbies this morning for a gas bbq . . The girl that helped me couldn't have been more helpful . Went through to check if they was still any bbq's that I wanted still in stock . Even offered me the display one . If it would've fitted in the car I'd have took it . . Plus the young guy they helped me to the car was happy and helpful . .
Dobbies is good for some things. It’s very dog friendly and the staff are just lovely. There is usually a good selection of plants, and there are sometimes good bargains. The hot chocolate is exceptional. The coffee good. The scones heavy. Cakes very variable. We tend to stick to hot drinks and plant buys.
