I had a booking for 6 and at the arrival she seemed to have no warning. the ground personnel were understated and the poor waitress tried their best, but fought against a lost battle when it was busy. had a reservation for 18 o'clock never had a table until 6:30, got orders in and never got to eat until 7:30. had to change the order as the articles had expired, was offered free desert and had to change this order twi... the worst service we have ever carried in a restaurant. of the time when we set ourselves (not enough staff to sit people), oil our food came a solid hour! terrible, confusion, understatement, no excuses. View all feedback.
