A gorgeous 50-room hotel in Sorento, Italy,, converted from a 1750 villa built on the foundations of an ancient Roman Villa of the 2nd century owned by the Emperors. Highly recommend this hotel. Every room, hallway, nook and cranny is filled with beautiful art, including a tapestry of The Virgin Mary dated 1870. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 View all feedback.
What soha sh doesn't like about Bellevue Syrene:
Stayed in this hotel about 4years ago and went there many times to eat/drink after that , when everything was much better. This time we went there to drink something at the bar with a view. very rude and disrespectful personnel, they don’t behave as a personnel of a 5 star hotel/restaurant, they ask you many times “ why are you here “ or “ what do you want here “ . we are Italian, so the conversation with them was in... If you want to experience the best of Sorrento try this! Hotel Bellevue Syrene. Right from the start to the end of our 4 day stay, the staff were absolutely brilliant. The moment we got out of our taxi our luggage was whisked away and the lovely staff welcomed us. A special mention have to go to Vanessa and Rosa (Tinkerbelle, Ferry not Fairy, please excuse my wife lol) who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The restaurant manager and all the staff really need commending. The food is superb, the service first class and the building excelled in cleanliness, comfort, facilities and architecture. Marbel floors, crisp white linen, attentive staff, stunning bars and restaurant views...exactly what we needed and rarely found in today's modern world. We do not know who owns this hotel but please, gather your staff, commend them and say a huge thank you to all from front desk to room teams. Our fiends have already booked for next May and we hope to return in October 2023 again. The location is superb and the whole area beautiful.....strong recommendation for anyone wanting a special hotel. I see my original review was considered so good it was thought to be fake promoting the hotel. It wasnt, it was real and this is what we experienced. Feel free to contact me directly if you need further verification otherwise writing great reviews is pointless in your system!
I have been to the super panoramic bar several times but I have not stayed overnight. Magical place Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet

Unforgettable Stay at Hotel Bellevue Syrene From the moment we arrived at Hotel Bellevue Syrene, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. To our delightful surprise, a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice greeted us in our room. This thoughtful gesture added a luxurious touch to our stay, even though we weren't celebrating any special event. The hotel's commitment to excellence extended beyond our room. Throughout the day, we enjoyed a variety of complimentary hors d'oeuvres, including wine and champagne, which were a testament to the hotel's generosity and attention to detail. Breakfast at Hotel Bellevue Syrene was a culinary journey in itself. The vast selection of continental items was impressive, but it was the local delicacies that truly stood out. The assortment of cheeses, cold cuts, and an array of desserts offered a taste of local cuisine that was both authentic and delicious. The hotel also boasted several common rooms, perfect for relaxation or staying connected. The complimentary internet service was not only fast but reliable, ensuring our online activities were uninterrupted. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Bellevue Syrene was an extraordinary experience, marked by luxurious amenities, exceptional food, and impeccable service. It's a place we would highly recommend for anyone seeking a touch of elegance and comfort in their travels.
