My fiancé's order was incorrect, and when we sent it back, it was obvious that the kitchen only removed the unwanted items instead of preparing a new dish. We were seated near the server station, which made it uncomfortable as servers lingered around us while we tried to enjoy our meal and have a conversation. Although our server was friendly and the meal was taken off the bill, the overall experience was less than i... View all feedback.
I can’t remember when I have been in such a loud and noisy restaurant! Made me want to eat and get out quickly!
Everyone's order came out with something wrong with it or not cooked the correct way. Service from the waiter was great just seemed like the food was lacking especially for the price. would not recommend
FYI, music was too loud. It's a restaurant not a club. You couldn't talk and hear conversation, or hear the waitress. Food Service was great, but the loud club music killed it. It's the holidays, why not Frank Sinatra or some music with lyrics that's meaningful at a low level. Will not be returning
Great late night vibe! Tasty cocktails and a little something for everyone on the menu.
Because I am anaphylactic to many foods, I emphasize the importance of avoiding cross-contamination. After placing my order, a woman (who seemed to be a manager) approached our table and informed me that they couldn't prepare my broccolini as I requested because it was already marinated. I explained that this hadn't been an issue in the past, and I had sometimes taken the same meal home, only to discover that the broccolini was indeed marinated, rendering the meal inedible for me. After my sister reassured her that I had ordered my meal this way many times at Earl's before, the manager suggested that perhaps they couldn't accommodate my request because there wasn't any "extra" broccolini available; if they had any on hand, then they could help me. I'm confident that Earl's can do better than your average restaurant when it comes to accommodating their customers. In fact, I know they can, as I've experienced it in the past.
