It was one of the worst experiences we had ever booked with Open Table. The hostess refused to sit at our reserved time and left us waiting for an hour. She said she didn't know how to check the reservations and there weren't valid. She refused to find the manager for me when she asked. Not at all. View all feedback.

I made an Open Table reservation at this restaurant but when I checked in the host had no knowledge of how to check me in with Open Table. I asked the restaurant manager as well and he was clueless. I sent an email to Open Table when I got home but have not yet received any reply. This was the second time this happened to me at this Friday's. I am most disappointed in Open Table for not responding to my email. I have been an Open Table subscriber for perhaps 20 years.
Has really gone downhill. Food mediocre at best. Burgers overcooked. Service not great, took forever to get food. There are many other options than Fridays now that are better and less .
We will go back soon. Plenty to choose from plus they had some easy to become vegan menu items.
