Dunkin' - Somerset

Lately, every Dunkin' Donuts I have visited has been extremely slow. This morning, I was the 6th car in line and it took 12 minutes to get my order. The staff had to ask me to repeat my order as well. It's surprising considering this is a new establishment. I was told they were understaffed at 6:30am. The next day, I noticed 5 out of 6 employee vehicles in the parking lot, but when I pulled up to the window, the person working there still hadn't made my coffee and was serving the person behind me instead. It seems like they are not prioritizing customer service. I will be looking for other options in the future.

They serve the best vegan ice cream and never accidentally add animal products to my Beyond burger, unlike the Riv which seems to always make that mistake.

Iced coffee sucks! tastes like a zigarre. spend the extra money and get them a better coffee in the rise!

I went through the drive today and cordy waited for me when I asked her to add money to my card, she rolled her eyes and went away, took mine.

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly, quick, and never mix up my order like other locations often do. This is definitely one of the best Dunkin' Donuts in the area.
