My father and I made a stop on our way to New York, and it was the best decision we ever made! We both ordered a salad and a sandwich, and they were both fantastic. The owners were very friendly, and the menu featured great options for both vegans and vegetarians. View all feedback.
What Dana E doesn't like about Munch A Simple Kitchen:
Tried Munch for the 1st time yesterday. Really cute little place located in a nice shopping plaza. The staff was very friendly and the food was well packed. I ordered the sampler; you can pick 3 from a list of salads and dips. I got the egg salad, chicken salad and Lebanese salad. It came with a super generous amount of house made pita chips and veggies (cucumber, celery and carrots). None of the salads were great to... View all feedback.
Amazing place to go a get a bite, especially vegan friendly. The owners are unbelievably friendly and caring. They really take the time to make you feel you are welcome and taken cared of. I personally had one of the best Pastrami sandwiches ever there. Warm and smoky with a excellent 1000 Island dressing, I was very pleased with it. I highly recommend that you take a minute and get something to eat here!
I ordered the Red Sea wrap, added falafel on a spinach wrap and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, healthy, and filling.
Hidden lunchspot gem! Daily specials including three fresh made soups. Husband wife team worked the lunch hour crowd efficiently AND with cheerful personal interest. Bright cheery venue to eat in, or you can carry out. I had the ROO a pastrami on rye and I did the melt.
Tried their most popular falafel and it was so good I could cry lol. Owners are warm and friendly. Excellent place, they even have some meat on the menu.
I cannot say enough good things about their frozen soup selection. So far I?ve tried the curried lentil and the cabbage. Both were flavorful, well seasoned, and satisfying. With lentil soup I?m a big proponent of chunkier thicker soup and Munch?s soup is chock full of vegetables and texture, with a really nice spicy kick. The cabbage soup is savory and I love that it?s got a lot of tart tomatoey flavor with a more savory (rather than sweet) profile. Highly recommend their soups! What a great thing to have on hand for workday lunches!
