Ask Italian - Solihull

Had a nice experience here. eating was some of the best Italian chain we had recently, and service was very good. can not quite give 5 stars simply because eating, although good was slightly under seasoned (probably not the fault of the chef as much as the way that eating is produced). but the best question in which I have been in for several years (and the chain is quite reliable).

Really nice meal, we were there as a group of 14 for a birthday. Naturally food took a while but all came within the space of 2 or 3 minutes. The staff even took my home made birthday cake, put a candle on it and brought it out with small plates at the end. They didn't mind that no one ordered dessert as we all had cake.

I had a lovely evening tonight. The staff were very courteous, and the food was excellent with prompt service. We had an 8-month-old baby with us, and I asked if ASK Italian could provide a high chair and hot water to warm our baby's bottle, which they happily did. There was also a baby changing facility, although we had to ask for its location since it wasn’t clearly marked, but that was no problem. The waiter was really great—friendly and understanding. We had a few dietary restrictions and a low-key birthday celebration, and everything was handled effortlessly. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and everything we ordered came to our table just as requested. Overall, we enjoyed wonderful food, a lovely atmosphere, and perfect service, all at a reasonable price—exactly what we were looking for. Many thanks to ASK Italian in Solihull!

The carbonara was delicious, and the desserts were delightful! The service was friendly, too!

Great location with outdoor seating. The service was exceptional, thanks to the friendly staff. The food was really good, and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Ask Italian and would consider returning.
