La Pataterie - Soissons

I come to your place once a month with different people and we have always had a good time and dined heartily with pleasure. The staff is smiling, the service very correct, the dishes are rather successful and good. There are certainly mistakes and misfires (like everywhere) but I haven't witnessed them yet. I find it a little curious to criticize the fact of paying for potatoes when you go to the Pataterie....lol

I am very disappointed with the service! Came for Valentine's Day I said to myself that it's going to be nice in the end to be served by a young complement next to the plate who lost our order for the aperitif so I waited 40 min to have a beer and a cocktail in the end my dishes that I ordered arrived at the same time so I had to send back the dishes that came back half hot ..!! Pay 47eu to have a service like this!! I repeat a useless server who even forgets 10 minutes after the order right behind!!!!

Very disappointed! Came tonight with our two children and a couple of friends, the only two waitresses have to welcome customers, take orders, serve, clear, cash,... They run everywhere and do not take advantage of customers despite their kindness. The children have had their dishes for barely 20 minutes when we see the waitress drop off their ice cream! Obliging to call her back to ask to take them back because the children are still eating their meals and the ice cream is pouring. Good luck girls!
