Golden Bowl - Smyrna

This place is fantastic! The customer service is top-notch and the food is absolutely delicious. The chicken wings and pork roast rice are definitely the best in Smyrna.

I ordered a pepper steak dinner 5 shrimp rolls for dinner for 2. This was the second time I ordered from them, I thought I would give them another shot to talk like that. The meat in pepper steak was RAW. When I ordered, I expressly said that the meat was cooked well because it happened before. The meat was DISGUSTING, Slimey and not where cooked nearby right. The shrimp rolls were BURNT, too long in the Fryer. I called. Lip service? I threw everything away. Again, this is the second time that it was terrible. I can't remember eating this TERRIBLE, I can really?t. This place will never see me again, good luck if you order food here.

I come here to order food a few times a week and it's consistently excellent. It's definitely the top spot in the neighborhood. The prices are fair for the quality of food you get. If you're on a tight budget, maybe stick to eating ramen noodles at home instead.

I will never order from this restaurant again. I had ordered from here before and the food was not good, but I decided to give them another chance because the food had been good in the past. This time, I ordered shrimp lo mein and received a dish with shrimp, large onions, and noodles (where were the vegetables?). Today, I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce, but the sauce was like paste, the rice was overcooked, and the shrimp tasted terrible. I immediately threw it away. I decided to try the shrimp roll instead, but it was awful. I have never had a bad egg roll or shrimp roll before. I don't know what happened to them, but the food quality is terrible. I called the restaurant and spoke to the owner. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, she became defensive and claimed that no one else had complained and that they prepare the food the same way all the time. This is not good customer service. When someone calls with a concern, the least you can do is listen to them without being defensive.

I usually order food once a week and never complain but the last time we ordered food the egg rolls were different. Called in and asked did they do something with the egg rolls. The lady said yes we used different seasoning. No u used different meat and for that we will pass. The meat in the egg rolls are rubbery..why?? What kinda meat is that... yeah.. No Thank You..It was nice while it lasted..
