Awesome old school pub sitting in the middle of an old charming town! Our food was very good and so was the service. This place has a cool looking bar and a nice restaurant table area. We were told about the good happy hour and different daily specials through the week. Nice upstairs open section as well. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Lenore Olson doesn't like about Sheridan's Irish Pub & Restaurant:
The bartender is AMAZING, the wait staff is AMAZING. the food tastes bland and microwaved, my hubby and I just moved here and wanted to know what the buzz was about. It’s nothing special here. Alcohol is overpriced. View all feedback.
My friends and I were here to drink a drink. we did not pay attention to what kind of place it was, we literally only passed during the smyrna night and said uuu a bar let us stop here for a drink. Now, being within 15 minutes from there, we quickly found out that there was no black people friendly at all. we were not rude, noisy or so. saw down in the bar our drinks ordered and had casual talks. the second round was when we noticed how rude the bartender was to us with the eye rolling, slender tassen down, didn't get our drinks order right and got mad when we corrected them, and gave us our back when we didn't ask to say it was time for us to go. it has not moved on this way in the direction of another group. we asked for a manager who came and apologised, but it was more so their apologies because that is what she should not do because she took care of the behavior of the bartender or did not agree. After we left a few people and told what happened, we said they were a racist bar. very disappointing because we have not done anything wrong, ready and ready to spend money and simply relax. before the rudeness happened, another customer told us about the Wing night and we even talked about going back for it. we just stay at the bars we know from now on.
In the city to check our local distillery. found them closed for a private event, so we went down the street and gave this pub a try. we were not. the waitress was very friendly and helpful, she made our experience wonderful. the portions were large and the food was delicious. drinks were also on the spot!
Very clean and waitress was friendly..I ordered cauliflower and horned bark. it consisted of kartoffels. carrots, paprikakohl and naturally horned bark. the carrots were excellent and the carroted bark was great, but the amount of the carroted bark was fusion and the sweet was boiled half..almost raw including the cauliflower. the cheesecake chocolate cake was very good. I was disappointed, but it'll try in the future.
We haven't been here since the pandemic. I ordered chicken cordin bleu. not everything I use, it was chicken breast on the top of the ham slices covered with cheese. Not bad, but chicken cordon bleu is a stretch. they charge separately 75 for the cranberry in my drink. strange!
Staff was awesome. Beer was cold. Plenty of menu options. Ordered the cheese steak egg rolls which were over fried dark and hard, but tasty. Loved the dipping sauce that came with. Shepard's pie seemed to be heavy in clove and made in vegetable soup with instant potatoes baked on top. Waitress was really cool. Waitress obviously noticed we didn't eat it. The manager kindly took it off the bill without us even complaining (which wouldn't). I had the Cajun potatoes pan cake. The shrimp was cooked perfect and flavor was on point. Beer and water glass never emptied. Great staff.
