Rude staff. They said they would fight 17 year old girls for going to the bathroom, very disrespectful. I ordered the heart attack and it was missing plentiful items as well as the staff complaining about how it was not missing any items. View all feedback.
All bagels are not created equal. These are great tasting, great consistency. Lunch sandwiches are generous and are priced well esp. the specials. And they are open 24 hours. Yikes! Glad they moved to Smithtown location. Highly recommend to all.
Food is good and I have been a loyal customer. However, I won't be going back. It is unbelievably hot in there. Not putting air conditioning on in the summer is crazy. Never mind the customer being uncomfortable, what about the employees? Too many good bagel places around to go back to this one.
I grabbed a hero here around 2am. Place was empty! Usually a long line at night to order food. I ordered a chicken cutlet hero with lettuce. Plenty of juicy chicken with fresh lettuce on a quality hero roll. Great food 24/7!
Really great bagel shop. The bagels are top notch and the egg everything bagels are salted. Only reason for the missing star is that the home fries were a bit strange. They had a strong bell pepper flavor and were mushy. Bagel sandwich was definitely 10/10 though.
Very friendly and helpful too. Breakfast all day, an added bonus. The place I go to for out-of-town family to take home.
