Although the food is delicious , there is an employee whose manner of speaking is very bad which made me think of leaving the restaurant and canceling my orders and leave ,Parking: its good View all feedback.
I was very impressed with Leo at the drive thru. He was exceptionally polite and professional. Excellent customer service.
I came to here to use my Buona Beef award points, got myself a free Italian Beef. Their was one customer in front of me. We were the only two customers in line. after the cashier took the customer in front of me order she walked away. I had to wait one more minute before she took my order.

This was the littlest beef I have had in Chicago. It was actually half a beef with no meat, and for almost $17, there are much better beef spots throughout
