Had the chowder starter which I have to say was delicious and plentiful along with their homemade brown bread. 12oz Sirloin Steak for mains was cooked perfectly with all the trimmings. I have to say as a previous Steakhouse owner myself this place is well worth travelling for. A good steak is hard to find, and with costs for owners currently going through the roof, at €26 it is great value. The place was busy early afternoon and the staff were professional, courteous and friendly. My friend had the days specials pan fried Hake which he said was beautiful. So for seafood and steak in a beautiful ‘Johnny Foxes’ type surroundings you’re in for a special treat.
