This was recommended by the owner of Agromarine, where I was staying. I was expecting it to be very rustic but to all intents and purposes it is a full-blown restaurant with a cheery mixture of foreign tourists and hard core locals. What auroraborealys doesn't like about Agriturismo Il Ritorno:
Situated in the middle of nowhere with tables full of dust because they are close to the improvised parking space with dusty white ground where cars are passing all the time. So if you want to eat your plates enriched with the road dust, yes this is the place for you. Service is not professional, they are very impolite and doesn't make you feel welcome. There are much better restaurants around, drive 8 kilometers more and you will have lunch you deserve. In this restaurant you will not feel welcome because the owners are very rude and they don't care about tourists. Location is hard to reach and when you finally arrive, you will find a house which look abandoned. Don't be surprised if you notice immigrants working backdoors.
I had lunch here and everything was delicious! Starting with egg pasta homemade and all souces also. Very high quality of ingredients, fresh and simply mixed with perfect formula. Meet was amazing both grilled mix and meet with artichokes. Desserts all home made and also wine good! Service was very kind. Place very simple and really local style. I strong recommend it! Enjoy!
Although I live in London, I consider this to be one of my favourite local places whenever I’m in Sirolo (which is quite often). The place is fairly rustic, the furnishings are simple, but the food is always good. In summer, they set the tables outside which is great if you have kids that like to go for a play whilst you’re eating, no one seems to mind. If you want a simple restaurant with a home cooked feel, this is a great option.
Had diner here in the garden with the family .... very simple dishes ... good pasta but you can find that in every decent resto in Italy .... nice tagliata but no parmiggiano .... they forgot my partners' main course, grilled meat plate .... okay dish .... would not rate it 4,5 as on tripadvisor .... rather a mere 3 .... not impressed!
A nice surprise! in our wander in search of new trattorias or restaurants we have come across this well-kept and equipped farm. We found ourselves so well that we went there for two consecutive days, which never happened before. we had lunch outside, although the interior was also welcoming, finding us very well: ultra spaced tables, inappointable and fast service and a remarkably high quality lunch consisting of products at km. 0 of the same property meat, fresh pasta, cold meats and desserts) that have scanned the various courses. a real delight.
