Historical hotel, where you can breathe a solemn air a little retro but not spoiled, very kind and welcoming staff.

Structure that is to say little to define SONTUOSA, very kind and of style IMPECCABILE, I feel at all times COCCOLATI.GIA' breakfast at the beginning of the day It is OTTIMA, with delicious sweets and delicacies of every GENERE. To be noted the delicious granite typical SICILIANA, I offer meals at lunch and dinner with fresh fish and typical dishes SICILIANI.ELEGANTI and of great comfort the rooms.

Lovely grand hotel, rich in history and breathtaking corners. the central hall is to say little marvelous as well as the quarrying right under the courtyard. the room where I stayed is wide, comfortable and clean. balcony with sea and quarry view. Nice staff. 2 small observations. take care of more the park on the west side of the villa and improve the breakfast buffet. very standard.

Always represents a charming hotel, especially after the internal renovations. staying at the poolside is always relaxing.

This grand hotel is beautifully set high up overlooking the sea. The grounds and entrance are gorgeous. Our room was clean cool and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was particularly good with a massive choice quickly replenished. As a base for Syracuse it needs to be made clear there arnt many amenities nearby. There is a supermarket 10/15 mins walk to the left and a very busy local restaurant opposite. Everything else is in Ortigia a not very nice 40 mins walk away! Here are an abundance of restaurants cafes and bars. A cab 1 way from the hotel is approx 15 euros. Lastly the hotel has a beautiful pool, which is much needed and very used. However this is where i think some maintenance and cleaning would be good. The pool bar is limited and quite pricey
