After a rough night of doordashing,walking into caseys was awesome. Great customer service from Brock, Kim and Isho. I haven't walked into a store a a long time with smiles and big hearts! Literally called the store to ask a question and got hung up on called back and was told “I said no” and got hung up on again! Wow so rude and on Christmas Day at that! View all feedback.
Casey has always been a place to go. No complaints here.
You need to repair their credit card machine really badly, but management/company / who clearly does not care. You do not even take steps to avoid the personnel of this machine when the other works well.
Ordering the sausage breakfast pizza when I finally got it an hour later, it was completely cold! No heat! So I called to let them know that the man I spoke was very unprofessional and rude! He argued with me about the order, then hanged on me! I won't use this place again!
I don't go all day, but I'm pretty close. Mostly the staff is friendly and helpful - especially Ryan-- he always makes it a point to say 'then for come' or something similar. I just called to order 3 dozen donuts (pumpkin spice with cream cheese frosting) and was said 'I usually don't work in the kitchen. I see pumpkin spices, but not with the cream cheese freezing option. How can we do that? The computer doesn't say it so you can't do it? It is like when you go to a fast food restaurant and pay cash and you give them excess change, even change your return. You look like a confused dog... how, why do you overpay me?! All they know is how to press the "Cheeseburger" button and when they've changed their critical thinking skills are challenged by their understanding. Anyway, the ONE time I try to order 3 dozen donuts I said I can't do the kind I want because it's not in the system. Sheesh. I saved a few stars because I had other good experiences with Casey 's at this point. I'll bring my donuts to the front somewhere else.
This is more of Joe Biden?s fault than anything given that he?s paying people to stay home so good workers are hard to come by. The workers were unhelpful and the customer service was terrible. I attempted to use a hyvee fuel saver saver but their computers were down they refused to rectify the issue and didn?t take any measures to warn incoming customers.
