This is definitely our way when I'm in town. No matter how big a party, everyone can find items for their pleasure and everyone is satisfied. Food and cocktails are excellent. What User doesn't like about The Wheelhouse Grill:
we usually love the wheelhouse, but on Monday afternoon we had a rough experience. Shortly after our order, our blessing at the bar sat right in front of us and was in vain with their friends. Then she left the building without recognizing us. we assume that the manager brought us our food. This place has excellent food. We came here our first night in Sioux City and we loved it. The bartender was very polite and she recommended some of the best wings. The wheel house is located in a strip mall with a plethora of stores and restaurants in the area. If your in the area you have to check out this place.
Ice cold beer food was good even though we ate appetizers soup!
Bartender( maybe owner, idk) was very welcoming and nice to the rest of the people on the bar. actually walking around and spends time on small talks and drinks refills. thanks!
Great food and great service. The cheese curds were so good, my wife and I ordered a second large serving to go. Our waitress was super friendly and incredibly polite, beating out most all waitresses I've met for overall quality. She got us some great seats and made sure our whole experience was great, even striking up conversation and giving pointers on locations to visit while in Sioux City. Amazing price, quality, and service all bundled into one. Will absolutely be stopping by again next time we're in Sioux City.
When they say they put cheeses on the sandwiches they mean business, just be mindful if you are not a cheese fan. It wasn't busy and we got the wrong order once our food came out, its a nice place to hang out and watch the game and drink some beer
