I have been in this Starbucks multiple times and they always do a great job even if the wait time is a little long. The service I had today from Anibal was exceptional though. It?s hit or miss here. Sometimes my order is correct and other times, it?s not. The inside is disgusting, very dirty. Last time I picked up an order the counter was covered in liquid, dripping over. Last time I got a drink for my grandma. She loves caramel and was so excited for her ?treat?. She had a sip and spit it out, I guess she?s not a fan of mocha. Waste of money. It was insane. We went into the building at 9:45 where we stood in line for 10 minutes when one of the guys working took our order. He was the only highlight of this trip to Starbucks. He was kind, professional, and overall good at his job. I wish I would?ve got his name honestly. Another positive was how clean everything was. But after waiting until 10:20, and people who came in after me had gotten their drinks, I finally went to ask how my order was going. I was IGNORED at the counter. Nobody would look at me or talk to me. I had been more than patient the entire time and sometimes you just need a gentle reminder. If I wouldn?t have said something, I?d probably still be standing there. I finally got our drinks, and they messed one of them up. I was honestly just fed up with this visit. I try to remember that a lot of customers have bad attitudes and the staff is doing the best they can. But with at least 5 people working, this shouldn?t have happened. I don?t see myself going back again?

As someone who doesn't like coffee I really like the non-coffee drinks. At least that is when I actually get what I ordered. The last two times I've tried to order an apple crisp oatmilk crème frappuccino I get a regular frappuccino which I then have to give away or throw away so that's $6+ wasted. This has also happened with the double chocolate chip crème frappuccino. If I order a crème frappuccino I expect to get what I ordered not the version with coffee. It's been different work crews each time so it's not just one group of workers making this mistake. It's correct when ordered and correct on the sticker but the actual drink is wrong. The correct drink would be an off white not tan. PLEASE just give me what I asked for.
It was an ok place to go. The guy at the counter was semi friendly but the sad part was he didn't know much about the drinks at all. I wanted one of the new coffees but then was told that it was not working after I ordered. I wasn't offered a different drink or a free one on next purchase or anything. I don't think that I will be coming back here much again. I'm not recommending this place again. I even bought the reusable cups too. This is not the way you say treat customers at all. I'm not happy.
