Used the drive through for my order. When I got home, I realized my sandwich was made incorrectly. I called to the store and the employee I talked to told me I could drive back and they would re-make my sandwich. I asked if they would deliver it, he said No. I asked why not and he told me they were busy. No apology ever given. This is not the first mistake I 've encountered with this Jimmy John 's location. I was very disappointed for 25.00 the subs were very vaccinated, it was like eating all brot. I could've done that.
The first time at jimmy john’s, will go again definitiw. good tasting and cheaper than subway. wait for the new load to open in lemars.

Was SOOOOOO excited for JJs to open here in Sheldon. Then came my 1st order...UGH!!! My order was a call in order for 3 sandwiches and it was delivered with errors for 2 of the 3. Knowing they were only open for 2 days and busy I just wanted to share my 1st order experience with the MNGR-Houston so I called a couple days later to let the MNGR-Houston-know of the errors, hoping maybe to help them in the future...but what I got was not even close to even an apology but got an attitude from Houston stating..... Well we have probably served 2,000 people and YOU are the ONLY complaint we have gotten. THXS HOUSTON..for making ME..the paying client who got 2 of 3 sandwiched INCORRECT...feel as though you could of cared less that I paid for an incorrect order and that my call and opinion to you was also UN-IMPORTANT.
Love the sandwiches but went at 9:30pm and they were closed yet website says open til 10??
